It All Began With Faye
FayzieBobs began with Faye.
Faye cared deeply about the world around her. She cared about people, about fairness, about kindness, and about how other people were feeling.
She had a heart that made it very difficult for her to simply walk away when someone needed help.
If somebody needed her, she was there.
She would help anyone she could.
Sometimes, she probably cared far more about everybody else than she should have done.
Because Faye knew what it felt like to need someone.
She knew what it felt like to be alone.
She knew what it felt like when the people who were supposed to understand you didn't.
And she knew what it was like not to be believed.
Yet somehow, even while carrying her own difficulties, Faye continued to care about other people.
She struggled with things that weren't always visible to those around her. Her health could make everyday life difficult. There were times when she became forgetful or dizzy, times when things that others might take for granted became harder, and times when simply getting through an ordinary day took far more from her than people realised.
But Faye kept going.
She adapted.
She carried on.
She tried to be there for other people.
And looking back now, perhaps we can see something that wasn't always recognised clearly enough at the time.
Faye was a warrior.
Not the loud kind.
Not the kind who needed everyone to see how strong she was.
Her strength was quieter than that.
It was in the way she kept trying.
In the way she continued to care.
In the way she could be struggling herself and still want to make somebody else feel better.
In the way she remained gentle in a world that wasn't always gentle with her.
That was Faye.
A gentle soul with a warrior's heart.
Someone who understood what it meant to feel alone, and therefore tried so hard to make sure other people didn't.
Someone who knew what it felt like not to be heard, and still cared about listening to others.
Someone who knew what it felt like not to be believed, and still wanted people to feel safe enough to tell their story.
And that is the part of Faye we wanted to carry forward.
Not the illness.
Not the difficult days.
Not simply what happened to her.
Her.
Her kindness.
Her courage.
Her compassion.
Her ability to keep going.
Her instinct to help.
Her belief in people.
And that enormous heart.
SO WE CREATED FAYZIE 🦋
THE HEART OF THE BRAND
We wanted to find a way for those parts of Faye to keep reaching people.
Not by creating something sad.
Not by asking everyone to look backwards.
But by creating something that could move forwards.
Something alive.
Something colourful and hopeful.
Something that could make people smile.
Something that could remind someone who was struggling:
You are not alone.
And that's where Fayzie came from.
Fayzie is the heart of the FayzieBobs Universe.
She carries pieces of Faye with her — her kindness, her courage, her love of people, her determination, her individuality, her hope and that wonderful ability to make someone feel a little better.
Fayzie isn't here to replace Faye.
She's here to carry something of Faye forward.
And from Fayzie came a family of characters, each carrying another part of the person Faye was.
A little universe built from the things she gave to others.
A place where kindness can be celebrated.
Where courage doesn't have to be loud.
Where hope is always worth holding onto.
Where friendship means staying.
Where quiet strength counts.
And where being yourself is always enough.
THE FAYZIEBOBS UNIVERSE 🌈
FayzieBobs isn't simply a shop.
It's an adventure.
We wanted people to be able to enter our little world, meet the characters, discover their stories and find the one whose message speaks to them.
Fayzie is at the heart of it.
Fayzie Faith carries faith, kindness, comfort and the magic of a hug.
When night falls, she becomes Fayzie Hope — the guardian of hope.
Bobzie is the friend who stays — friend by day, hero by night.
F27 Flow represents Grace in Motion — balance, confidence and moving forward.
F27 Strength represents Strength in Silence — resilience, quiet courage and continuing when nobody else can see the battle.
Each character carries something meaningful.
Each has their own adventure.
And each represents a little piece of the qualities we saw in Faye.
You don't have to know all of that when you arrive.
You can simply meet them.
Explore.
Smile.
Find a message you needed.
Find a character you connect with.
And perhaps discover the deeper story along the way.

OUR MISSION 💜
To create a little more kindness in a world that can sometimes feel like it needs it.
FayzieBobs exists to encourage people to believe in themselves, care for one another, find courage when life feels difficult and remember that nobody should have to face everything alone.
Through our characters, adventures, messages and creations, we want to give people something positive to take with them.
A smile.
A little hope.
A little confidence.
A reminder to keep going.
Or simply the feeling of:
“Someone understands.”
We aren't trying to tell people how they should live.
We're simply creating a world where kindness, compassion, friendship, courage and individuality have a place.
And if something we create makes one person's day feel a little lighter, then FayzieBobs has done something worthwhile.
WHAT WE BELIEVE 💜
At FayzieBobs, we believe:
Kindness matters.
Everyone deserves to be heard.
Everyone deserves to be treated with compassion.
Being different isn't something to hide.
Asking for help is brave.
Quiet courage is still courage.
Strength doesn't always look strong.
Hope doesn't mean pretending everything is okay.
Friendship means showing up.
Self-belief can begin with one tiny step.
And above all:
Being yourself is always enough.
We believe kindness is a superpower — and everyone deserves to wear theirs proudly.
WHY WE CREATE 💜
We believe what we put into the world matters.
A message can change someone's mood.
A character can make somebody smile.
A hug can make someone feel safe.
A little encouragement can help someone take another step.
And sometimes, something as simple as seeing the words “You've got this” can arrive at exactly the right moment.
That's why our designs aren't created simply to fill a shop.
We want them to carry something.
A feeling.
A message.
A little piece of encouragement.
Something someone can wear because it represents who they are, what they believe in, what they've overcome, or simply because it makes them happy.
This is clothing with meaning.
This is strength with heart.
This is FayzieBobs.
KIND TO PEOPLE. KIND TO OUR PLANET. 🌍
The way we create matters too.
We don't want FayzieBobs to be about endless products, overproduction or buying things simply because they're there.
We want to be thoughtful about what we create and why.
Where possible, we choose made-to-order approaches and more responsible options, helping reduce unnecessary waste and allowing products to be created because somebody actually wants them.
We choose thoughtfulness over excess.
Quality over quantity.
Care over convenience.
And we're continually looking for better ways to do things.
We don't claim perfection.
We're simply trying to make choices that feel right for FayzieBobs and the values behind it.
Because caring about people and caring about the planet belong together.
Small choices can still make a difference. 🌍💚

Because Faye's story matters too.
FayzieBobs is built around hope, kindness and positivity.
But we also believe that positivity doesn't mean ignoring the things that hurt.
Faye's life deserves to be remembered properly.
She experienced difficulties that affected her life in ways that weren't always understood.
There were symptoms, changes, concerns and struggles that mattered.
There were times when she needed people to listen.
To look properly.
To connect the pieces.
To believe her.
And there are things about her story that we still believe deserve answers.
That's why our awareness work is now called:
HISTORY MATTERS
History Matters exists to shine a light on Faye's experiences and to raise awareness of why listening to a person's history can matter so much.
It brings together the symptoms, experiences and documented history that form part of Faye's story, alongside information and signposting to places where people can seek support, advice and further help.
Because sometimes the clues aren't found in one moment.
They're found across a person's story.
And sometimes what looks small on its own becomes much more important when you finally see the whole picture.
History matters.
Because people matter.
Their experiences matter.
Their voices matter.
And being heard matters.

We don't want Faye's legacy to be defined only by what happened to her.
We want it to include who she was.
