If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a print issue, we’ll do our best to make things right.
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface along with your order number when contacting support.
Because many FayzieBobs products are made especially to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check sizing guides before ordering.
🌿 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can usually be edited or cancelled before they enter production using the link in your confirmation email. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
💜 Refunds & Replacements
